There are currently customers using TIDAL via HEOS on their Android devices who are experiencing problems playing their playlists. The difficulties occur exclusively on Android devices, while everything works perfectly on iOS. According to our information, the problem is not expected to be resolved until the U31 update in October/November. In the meantime, there is a workaround for Android users to display their TIDAL playlists in HEOS. To do this, they need to use the TIDAL app to add the desired playlists to favorites. Afterwards, the favorites should be visible and playable in the HEOS app. We hope this temporary solution is helpful to you.
