Shipping policy

Shipping costs and delivery times within Germany:

Shipping within Germany is carried out by parcel service or freight forwarder. Shipping is free for orders over £100; below this amount, a charge of £6.90* per order applies.

For information on the current delivery time for an item, please refer to the product page in our online shop. In general, many products are in stock and ready for dispatch, in which case the delivery time is 2-4 working days. If we first have to order an item from our distributor, the order will arrive within 7-14 working days.

Shipping costs and delivery times within the EU and Switzerland:

Within the EU and Switzerland, orders that can be shipped as parcels are delivered by parcel service at a cost of €6.90* per order. Large, particularly heavy and fragile items are delivered by freight forwarder at a cost of €95*. ***

For deliveries to the EU and Switzerland, we generally allow for an extension of the specified delivery time by 3-4 working days, but this may vary depending on the destination country and logistics chain.

Shipping costs and delivery times for all other countries:

For all other countries, we will inform you of the shipping costs and delivery time after you have placed your order. If necessary, you can then withdraw from the purchase.
