Thanks to LED backlighting, the television promises exceptionally good black and white representation, rich colors, and significantly reduced power consumption.
Equally interesting is the new Medi@2.0 technology. Medi@2.0 consists of the following components:
1. Internet@TV: Playback of images, music, and videos via the internet. Your TV allows you direct access to Flickr, YouTube, and many other online services.
2. USB-TV: Movies, pictures, and music can be played directly from USB sticks and memory cards.
3. DLNA: Stream all image and audio formats from a computer or NAS hard drive directly to your TV. With an optionally available Samsung USB Wi-Fi stick, all content can also be received via a wireless network.
4. Content Library: Interactive programs, such as language courses for children, animated recipes, and high-resolution, animated images are already installed on the TV and certainly represent only the basis of a very promising innovation for the first interactive TV generation.
The first models of the new series are expected to arrive in the second week of April.
