First, on behalf of Trinnov, we would like to apologize for the long wait. Last week, Trinnov's R&D team pinpointed the problem after much investigation and testing. The solution requires a minor and very simple hardware change on the board. This change will initially be made at Trinnov for urgent requirements and will be incorporated into the production of all new devices in the near future. Trinnov will begin shipping upgrade kits this week, albeit with a minimum production capacity of about 10 kits per week before production can be scaled up. Important: All devices with MDS-HDMI boards must be sent to Trinnov for upgrading. Affected models are Altitude16 with serial numbers up to and including 000816 and Altitude32 with serial numbers up to and including 001177. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
