Newly arrived are the Yamaha RX-A 2020 with 9 power amplifiers, as well as the 1020 and 820, each with 7 power amplifiers. The list prices of the devices are 1499€, 1099€ and 849€.
All Yamaha AV receivers are equipped with a new measurement microphone and offer extended surround options such as dialogue lift using surround speakers.
The Pioneer models with the "6" at the end, SC-LX 56, SC-LX 76 and SC-LX 86, have been available for a few weeks now and impressively demonstrate what the Pioneer MCACC calibration system is capable of.
We are currently still waiting for the Denon AVR-4520, Yamaha RX-A 3020 and the new Cambridge Audio receivers 651R and 751R, which will be released in October. Of course, we will then compare the most exciting devices to determine our favorites for the different areas of application.
