Monitor Audio Creator W2L – Powerful in-wall speaker for demanding installations

The Monitor Audio Creator W2L is a large-format, in-wall loudspeaker from the Creator Series Stage 2 , designed for installations demanding high sound quality and impressive sound pressure levels. Despite its discreet in-wall integration, the W2L delivers a performance reminiscent of classic floorstanding loudspeakers in many applications.

With its sophisticated three-way design and four powerful woofers, the speaker creates an impressively wide soundstage, clear midrange, and dynamic bass reproduction. This makes the W2L ideal for home theater front channels, high-performance stereo installations, or high-quality multiroom systems .

Three-way system with RST II drivers

The W2L uses a 3-way driver architecture to enable a particularly balanced and detailed sound reproduction.

Four RST II woofers deliver powerful bass and high sound pressure levels, while a dedicated RST II midrange driver accurately reproduces voices and instruments. A C-CAM tweeter with UD Waveguide II handles the high frequencies, providing wide and even dispersion. 

This combination ensures a clear, realistic sound image with high dynamics and impressive detail resolution.

Designed for flexible installation

Like all models in the Creator series, the W2L was designed to be as easy and reliable to install as possible.

The Quik-Link system allows for a quick and secure connection of the speaker cables, while the further developed Tri-Grip II mounting system ensures stable and precise wall mounting. 

With its shallow installation depth of only 85 mm, the loudspeaker can also be easily integrated into many wall constructions.

Powerful sound for large rooms

Thanks to its four woofers, the W2L produces a particularly large sound volume with high dynamics. Even larger rooms can be effortlessly filled with powerful, clear sound.

The frequency range extends from 38 Hz to 35 kHz , enabling convincing reproduction of both deep bass frequencies and the finest details in the treble range.
